Walkovers Workshop (5 - 18yrs)

This workshop is perfect for those working towards forwards or backwards walkovers or wanting to improve technique, strength, and flexibility in a safe and supportive envirnoment. *Gymnasts must be able to confidently complete a bridge.

Beginner Tumbling Workshop (5 - 18yrs)

Work on new skills or perfect the basics in our Tumbling Workshop! These workshops are a great way to focus on your specific tumbling needs. *Gymnasts must be able to competently forwards roll, backwards roll & cartwheel to participate.

Intermediate Tumbling Workshop (5 - 18yrs)

Develop your skills in our Intermediate Tumbling Workshop! These workshops are a great way to focus on your specific tumbling needs. *Participation requirements: Backwards walkover, handstand to bridge, round off and flic with/without support.
