Develop your skills in our Intermediate Tumbling Workshop! These workshops are a great way to focus on your specific tumbling needs. *Participation requirements: Backwards walkover, handstand to bridge, round off and flic with/without support.

Are you ready to progress your tumbling skills? These workshops are a great way to focus on your specific tumbling needs & help those ready to move on to the next stage. *Gymnasts must be able to competently & independantly 'round off flic' on floor to participate.
